Turn listing photos into a professional property video. No tech skills.

1. The assistant: Claude, on the Pro plan (about $20 a month). The free plan doesn't include the Code tab.
2. The video maker: a Higgsfield account. It uses its own credits.
3. The engine: my Claude skill (link 3). It holds every prompt, so you never write one.

1. Go to claude.ai/download and download the desktop app.
2. Open the file and drag Claude into your Applications folder (Mac).
3. Open Claude and sign in.
4. Click the Code tab at the top. This is where you do all your work.

1. Make a new folder and name it after the property, like 123 Maple Street. One property, one folder.
2. In the Code tab, choose Local, click the folder button and pick your folder.
3. Claude asks if you trust this folder. Click Trust workspace.

1. Sign up for Higgsfield with link 1 above.
2. Open link 2 (the Higgsfield connect page) and click the Claude tab.
3. Log in to Claude in your browser, then click Add Higgsfield MCP.
4. Claude shows a warning because the link came from another website. That's normal. Check the address says mcp.higgsfield.ai, click Continue and approve.
5. Back in the Code tab, ask: How many credits do I have? If it answers, you're connected.

1. Download the engine with link 3 above. Leave it zipped.
2. In Claude, click Customize, then Skills.
3. Click Add, then Upload skill. Pick the file and click Upload.

1. Open a new session in the Code tab, in your property folder.
2. Type: I want to make a property video.
3. If Claude asks to run something, click Allow. The first time, it installs its video tool on its own.
4. Claude checks your tools, makes 3 folders (photos, clips, final) and asks for your photos. Your engine is working.

Not working? Check Higgsfield is connected (step 3). Restart the Claude app. Check you have credits.

You drop 8–15 listing photos into the folder, Claude plans the route, shows the cost, makes a test clip and builds the full video with title cards and music. Watch Lesson 2 below.
